Do you deliver everywhere in Canada?

Yes, we exclusively offer free shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada. No hidden fees, the displayed price is the final price.

Where are the products shipped from?

To offer you unique designs, our orders are shipped from our international distribution center. Dorvan Studio handles all customs clearance and import duties. You will not receive any additional invoices.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately for any changes. Once the order has been processed by our services (usually within 24 hours), modifications or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

What are your processing and delivery times?

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Delivery: 7 to 10 business days. The total estimated time to receive your light fixture is 8 to 13 business days.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If your package has not arrived within 35 days of shipment, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item. Products must be new, in their original packaging, and show no signs of installation or wiring. Contact us to obtain the authorized return address (do not send to the Drummondville head office).

Are returns free?

If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we cover the return shipping costs. For a simple change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been inspected, the refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the operation is completed.
